Sugar Mama’s Appalachian Maple is a family operated business.  We process and sell 100% Pure Maple Syrup.  In the spring when nights are freezing and days are above freezing we tap our trees to collect thousands of gallons of sap that we then boil down on our wood fired evaporator.  Pure Maple Syrup is 100 percent natural and unrefined, retaining the inherent nutritional value of the sap obtained from the maple tree.  Maple is a valuable source of mineral nutrients and vitamins.  It delivers more nutrition than all other common sweeteners and has one of the lowest calorie levels.  Maple Syrup can be exchanged with other sweeteners in baking and cooking.
